I hope that everyone can find peace & restoration during these unsettling times. I think it’s important to keep ourselves motivated & occupied while quarantining. It’s also so important to do our part in staying home & flattening the curve because while some us may be young and in good health, others are not. You could very easily carry on the virus to someone who around you who is in poor health are has a weak respiratory system.

 

So, take advantage of this time to reflect on yourself, make goals, and focus on your health & wellness
